Dr. Groh is a general dentist who enjoys all aspects of dentistry. She received her Doctorate of dental surgery at Indiana University. She is an active member of the American Association for Women Dentist and American Dental Association. Dr. Groh began practicing dentistry in Chicago, but moved to Austin for the warm weather and nice people. She is proud to call Austin home and is excited to provide a positive experience to every patient that walks through our doors. She takes pride in her quality of care; this is demonstrated through her use of innovative technology and continuous pursuit of higher education. Her mission is to build a sincere relationship with every patient that she meets and have each patient walk out with a beautiful and healthy smile. Dr. Arif loves belonging to the profession of making smiles. Raised in Southern California, Dr. Arif (pronounced "a reef") followed in his dentist-mother's footsteps. He completed dental school at Columbia University in New York and graduated with the prestigious Divisional Excellence in Prosthodontics Award.

Dr. Arif then started his career in corporate dentistry, working in Midland, Odessa and Tyler, Texas. He then moved to private-practice settings, first in Tyler and now in Austin, where he feels his commitment to excellence in dentistry can find expression and where he can give his patients the attention and care they deserve.

Alta Dental is the culmination of years of training. At Alta Dental, Dr. Arif is proud to offer patients a vast array of dental services, including designer smiles and smile rejuvenation.
 

In his free time, Dr. Arif enjoys finding new eats, traveling with his wife, and watching their little boys grow.

Ashley Sousa has lived in the Austin area for the last five years. She's always had a passion for dentistry and patient care. Over the course of her career, Ashley has filled many roles in nine dental practices, from dental assistant all the way to upper management.

When she's not making patients smile, Ashley loves spending time with family, volunteering at local animal rescues and being mom to her son and five dogs.

Christina is from El Paso and was excited when her family decided to move to Austin in June of 2019 to experience all it has to offer.

She is very family-oriented and loves spending time with her daughter Ariel and husband Daniel whether its hiking or simply enjoying the outdoors.

Christina loves knowing our office helps the community. She’s excited to learn more about the dental industry and enjoys working in the medical field.

  Lety Velazquez  enjoys being a chair-side dental assistant since she learns something new everyday by helping out our patients. Lety hopes to up rise in the dentistry field in the future.
 

Whenever she’s not at the office and can binge watch a show she chooses her favorite show “Grey’s Anatomy.” She also loves spending time with her family and Pomeranian dog.
